Who We Are

Meet the people behind the curtain

Great experiences don’t happen by chance. Behind every performance, warm welcome and perfectly timed spotlight is a team of people who love bringing the arts to life.

At Athena Arts, we’re a colourful cast of creative thinkers, problem-solvers and people-people. We each bring something different, but share one ambition: to make every visit memorable, from the moment you arrive to the final round of applause.

Scarlett Hayes Artistic Director

Scarlett brings bold ideas and a flair for the dramatic to Athena Arts. She shapes our programme of performances, champions creative talent and believes every great evening deserves a little suspense.

Miles Gold Venue Operations Manager

Miles is the calm presence behind every seamless show. From preparing the venue to keeping opening night on track, he makes sure every detail is in place, usually before anyone notices it’s missing.

Jade Green Events & Partnerships Manager

Jade has a talent for bringing the right people together. She turns imaginative ideas into memorable events and builds partnerships that keep Athena Arts connected to its creative community.

Penelope Blue Head of Guest Experience

Penelope makes every visit feel like a special occasion. From your first welcome to the final curtain call, she’s dedicated to thoughtful touches, friendly faces and helping every guest feel at home.

Felix Plum Technical Director

Felix is our behind-the-scenes problem-solver, bringing performances to life through lighting, sound and stagecraft. Curious and quietly inventive, he loves unravelling a technical mystery.

Clara White Hospitality Manager

Clara adds warmth to every Athena Arts experience. She oversees our hospitality with a generous spirit and an eye for detail, making sure there’s always a welcoming space to gather before the show.

Different talents. One shared stage.

Some of us set the scene. Some keep things moving. Others make sure you feel right at home. Together, we’re Athena Arts—and we can’t wait to welcome you.

Come for the performance. Stay for the atmosphere.
